We have a NEW Community Group which you know you will love! It opens on 17th January 2025 and you can grow all year with us! Come and grow with us all year where we share ALL our sowing and growing knowledge with you and join the Sows & Grows Community! Each month, we'll 'hold your hand' telling you what and when to sow and grow for a dedicated cutting garden, garden borders or in garden planters and pots. All to fill your gardens with flowers through the year, we'll remind you when it's time to sow, pot on and plant out to make the best of your wonderful garden giving you a houseful of cut flowers that you can proudly say you have sown and grown. We'll cover sowing and growing flowers from seed - the full range of hardy annuals, biennials, half hardy annuals and perennials . We'll teach you how to grow dahlias and chrysanthemums successfully from potting up, taking cuttings, growing from seed and how to deal with those pesky slugs and snails and other issues that may arise. Let us show you when and where to grow spring and summer bulbs including ranunculus, gladioli and anemones for cut flowers as well as the best tulips and narcissi for perennial flowering and picking. Plus we'll share our best tips on everything from which compost to use to pricking out seedlings, taking cuttings, staking your plants and how to grow a succession of plants to give you a year of cut flowers (and a few vegetables!), all from the comfort of your own garden! Everything that we are doing in our own gardens will be translated to you so that you can try new things and old favourites together. Learn new skills from two expert, authentic gardeners and learn from each other. The Sows & Grows Community will help you find new gardening friends, give you a gentle nudge to keep on top of your garden as well learning new skills along the way. What's included? Two live videos a month that you can watch live or at any time, plus unlimited support from us. This is for you whatever your level of experience. You don't need a greenhouse, we can help you with alternatives. This would make a lovely gift for a total beginner or a fabulous place for growers to gain new skills and make friends to talk plants with!
